You can be the winner
of the IMB Webpage Contest! Design a page using any of the IMB backgrounds
or wallpaper, Contest begins May 10 and on June
30 our winner(s) will be picked and will receive
a FREE IMB CD-ROM (a $12.99 value) containing all the images on the site
plus dozens more that will never be offered to the public!
Contest Rules
1. You must use an
IMB graphic for your page
2. Websites promoting
illegal, pornographic, hate etc. will not be elligible to enter.
3. You must enter by
June
30 to win.
4. The page must be
viewable by the public. The winner(s) page will be linked from IMB for
everyone to view.
5. The page must be
uploaded to the web. You can use any free service like fortunecity. If
this is a problem I will temporarily "host" it on IMB.
6. The designer retains
all rights to their page(s). If images or content are borrowed you are
required the proper credit and copyright information.
Winners
Will be notified
by e-mail that they have won and will be asked to confirm mailing information
to receive their prize. Notice of winners will also be posted on this page.
5 Winners will be picked, one each for: Creativity, Content, Navigation,
Layout and Overall Design. (To create more competition
amount of winners was changed.) Odds of winning depend on the
amount of entrants. Winners will be notified asap.
Tips

Try different layouts
before you submit.

Gather your resources
i.e. graphics, content etc. before you start because it makes the
creation process go faster.

Let your creativity
lead the way.

Use whatever software/programs
you need including windows notepad and paint.

Try drawing your layout
on paper in blocks to get an idea of how it will look.

Don't be discouraged
or frustrated. Step back and try again. If you don't win there will be
another contest in June.
